Q: Where do I catch the bus to Santa Barbara? A: Using the Lower Level of the LAX, our drivers stop at each terminal at designated pick-up locations. Passengers should exit the Baggage Claim area to Ground Transportation and wait for the Airbus at the center island beneath the GREEN & SILVER markers/signs announcing "Buses & Long Distance Vans".
Q: Is there a chance that I might catch the bus if I'm running a little late? A: It is recommended that you be at the pick up point on time, as Airbus is almost always on time. However, our company policy is to make a 2nd loop around the terminal to catch any passengers that may have missed us the first time around. (It takes us 15 minutes to complete the first loop).
Q: If I get in earlier, can I catch an earlier bus? A: Yes, definitely. Just let the driver know your confirmation number or pay cash if you do not have a prior reservation.
Q: Can I have a taxi waiting for me in Carp, Goleta or SB? A: Yes, let the driver know that you will be needing a taxi. The driver will call our dispatch controller to schedule a taxi for you.
